Spiced Rhubarb Whip

This is a new and very exciting way to use one of our most popular jams, Spiced Rhubarb Crumble (which is great stirred through yoghurt on morning muesli or spooned onto warm winter porrdge). The jam combines beautifully with the honey and yoghurt creating a refreshing and healthy summer whip.

Here is the recipe…

3/4 jar Princess Pantry Spiced Rhubarb Crumble Jam

1 litre icey cold milk

1/3 cup honey

1 cup Greek style yoghurt

ice cubes

cinnamon to garnish

Place all ingredients except the cinnamon in a blender (you may need to do in 2 batches), whip at high speed until creamy and smooth.

Pour into your prettiest tall glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serves 4 – 6.
