A classic dessert with a Princess twist…all you need is a jar of Princess Pantry's La Vie en Rose Crimson Berry jam to lift this well loved dessert to a whole new level.

Here's the recipe

1 Jar Princess Pantry La Vie en Rose Jam

1 Packet of your favourite store bought meringues

 Freshly whipped cream

Berries of your choice, I like to use raspberries and strawberries to keep the pink theme going.

Layer the ingredients in your favorite glasses (Turkish tea glasses are perfect and will add even more to the exotic feel of this treat). Spoon the jam onto the cream and berries. You can lightly crush the meringues to make them melt a little into the other ingredients.

Continue layering until each glass is full, garnish with more jam and berries. Serve immediately.
